Returns & Refunds
All returns must be accompanied by an approved SignalPulse RMA form. Please confirm orders receipt and delivered through All Orders before starting a return, and then follow the below steps to process the refunds, exchanges, or repairs accordingly.
1. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. Your refund will be returned back into the account you paid within 3 business days.

2. Replacement
If the replacement unit is in stock, it can be shipped within 7 business day. If the replacement unit is out of stock, you can check the delivery time from product page.

3. Repairs (within warranty period)
Free repair service is available for most items (excluding consumablesl) within the warranty period. SignalPulse will ship out the repaired items after test and verification.

To apply for refunds or exchanges, the return request should be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. For products that are eligible for repair, repair request should be submitted within the warranty period to enjoy free repairs. In case the warranty period expires, repairs can still be offered but a certain fee will be charged case by case.The items must be returnable or have an authorized warranty period to enjoy SignalPulse return services. Please note that customized product orders may only change or cancel before the time we begin manufacturing unless approved. All customized products cannot be returned or replaced.
