Description:
We are seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to drive partnerships and growth in our Signal Pulse product ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the AI/HPC IT industry, with a focus on server, storage, networking, and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain partnerships with main hardware/software brands (including server/storage/networking, etc.) to expand Signal Pulse products ecosystems, executing go-to-market strategies, monitoring opportunities, and reporting on progress
- Identify and analyze AI/HPC industrial trends and customers’ needs and enacts specific plans to help the company capture more business opportunities.
- Assisted sales team to attend customer facing events and/or conference calls to communicate the value add of Signal Pulse and its partners, brand performance, category performance, program/promotion results, and current initiatives
- Drive a joint partner business planning process to define mutual performance objectives, identify joint customer targets, and establish critical achievements
- Collaborate with the team to develop and document standard processes for co-selling with partners
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in the AI/HPC industry (Direct experience in Server / Storage / Networking/ Enterprise / Cloud required), demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics, partnership strategies, and business development tactics
- 8+ years of experience in business development, technology alliances, partnerships, or related roles within the IT industry, with a proven track record of success
- Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of AI/HPC industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape
- Successful history of building and maintaining internal and external partner relationships at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders, including internal leadership team and external partners and customer executives
- Strong ability to understand the server and data center value chain preferred.
